摘要: Abstract In order to obtain simultaneous ovulation of all Danube salmon females within a hatching stock, i.e. those fish kept in hatchery ponds for several years as well recently collected rivers, injection carp pituitary (cP) was attempted. Total doses 4 mg cP/kg body weight administered single application induced after 98 210 h. Application two subsequent (a pre-injection 10% followed by post-injection 90% 12 h) resulted better synchronized 142 162 h the first injection. Further consequences injecting seperate cP were easier egg stripping, higher fertilization rates eggs and lower mortality during embryonic development. The possibility general artificial breeding is discussed.
