摘要: Abstract : This paper reports a study designed to test the assumption that LPC score can best be considered as an attitude score. In addition S rated his co-worker' on Fiedler's Standard Esteem Scale, responded several personality questionnaires. Through consideration beliefs about estimated scores were computed, correlated with obtained scores. The results provide strong support for conceptualization Further, 'types' elicited by high low suggested individuals have markedly different types least co-workers. Some implications this latter finding are discussed. (Author)
