摘要: Background: Behavioural interventions shown to be an effective strategy (in terms of changing behaviour among those at risk) for targeting multiple high risk behaviours in relation Type 2 diabetes. Material Methods: Participants (N = 478) this were all randomized into ADDITION Plus trial recruited from 36 practices East Anglia region, U.K. people recently diagnosed with diabetes (screen detected clinically within preceding 3 years individually randomized) between age group 40-69 years, (mean 59.2 years). present is observational cohort study. For current self-reported data regarding measured baseline one year used (age, sex, ethnic group, finished full time education, working status, socioeconomic status) (perceived control, intention) assessed baseline. Linear univariate multivariable linear regression analysis quantify associations correlates. Results: Adjusting activity, only ‘current status’ ‘physical baseline’ independently predicted year. No significant found any other Conclusion: Present very few over It critical further investigate by including correlates related demography, psycho-social, environmental influences such as family support, environment etc. findings outline that being employed 12 months, accordingly it may suggested should planned retired, not people.
