摘要: Viscous dissipation inside Fontan circulation, a parameter associated with the exercise intolerance of patients, can be derived from computational fluid dynamics (CFD) or 4D flow MRI velocities. However, impact spatial resolution and measurement noise on estimation viscous is unclear. Our aim was to evaluate influence these parameters calculation. Six patients underwent whole heart MRI. Subject-specific CFD simulations were performed. The velocities down-sampled isotropic resolutions 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm resolution. compared between (1) high velocities, (2) resolution, (3) mimicked levels, (4) in-vivo Relative subjects also calculated. (15.6 ± 3.8 cm/s) higher, although not significantly different than (13.8 4.7 cm/s, p=0.16), (12.3 4.4 p=0.06) (13.2 4.2 p=0.06). CFD-based (0.81 0.55 mW) higher those based (0.25 0.19 mW, p=0.03), (0.49 0.26 p=0.03) (0.56 0.28 Nevertheless, relative maintained irrespective noise, suggesting that comparison still possible.
