摘要: The Management System for Heterogeneous Networks (MSHN) is a system managing set of distributed resources. Integral to MSHN the maintenance status information concerning resources available on those systems. paper focuses monitoring end-to-end performance message passing. method used gather this subject three constraints: (1) implementation must not require any changes operating system; (2) modifications application code be minimized; and (3) overhead imposed by gathering mechanism should excessive. We examined eight tools components, both commercial research, that attempt measure passing (W. Hayes-Roth L. Erman, 1994; J. Kresho, 1997; C. Lee et al., 1998; N. Spring, R. Wolski 1997).
