摘要: ABSTRACTThe interaction of an asymmetric Schiff base ligand derived from allylamine and 2,3-dihydroxybenzaldehyde its molybdenum (VI) complex with deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) bovine serum albumin (BSA) were studied using spectroscopic molecular docking methods. The results revealed that the DNA BSA affinity for binding Mo(VI) is greater than ligand. Furthermore, calculations showed H-bond, hydrophobic, π-π π-cation interactions had dominant roles in stability compound-BSA complexes. suggested compounds interacted by groove mechanism.
