摘要: Uterine peroxidase enzyme activity has been studied as a marker for estrogen action in the uterus to help clarify mechanism of and its modulation by antiestrogens progestins. Estrogen-induced increases were found closely parallel uterine weight DNA content castrate rat. In cycling female rat, levels highest during proestrus estrus lower metestrous diestrous uteri could be raised estrous administration estrogen. However, not further increased treatment.
