摘要: There is impaired water excretion in patients with syndrome of inappropriate secretion antidiuretic hormone (SIADH), congestive heart failure, liver cirrhosis ascites and adrenal insufficiency (Bartter Schwartz 1967, Bichet et al., 1982, Schrier 1988a, b).
