摘要: Objective To investigate the influence of polyester gauze on evaporation capacity and its clinical effect after escharectomy deep burn wound micro-skin grafting. Methods Twenty patients with admitted within 24 hours injury underwent Meek skin Two surfaces area about 1% as whole surface were used, one covered by graft inner dressing (polyester group), other split-thickness sheet 0. 3 mm ×0. in size vaseline oil (vaseline group). Five days grafting, capacities dressing, without dressing( nude wound), normal near tested test equipment. The complete healing time survival rate both groups observed. degree pain during change was evaluated visual analog scale. Results group ( 24. 8±5.2 ) ml · h-1· m-2 ,significantly lower than those [ (35.4±5.0) ml·h-1 m-2, p 0.05]. significantly [(40. 7 ± 3. 6) ml·h-1· P 0.05). rates 10, 15, 20 80%±20%, 96%±7%, 100% respectively, all higher (70%±33%, 81%±21%, 97% ±11% respectively, all < 01 ). 13.6± 1.9) days, shorter that 16.7±2.6) <0. ]. scores 5 10 grafting (3.2± 0.8) (4.9± 0.4 (5.1 ±0.6) (8.2± 0.5 0.01 Conclusions Polyester has quite good abilities to retain moisture can promote migration proliferation epithelial cells, relieves caused tearing dressings off wound, thus raising acceptability. It is a relatively ideal cartier well new type cover for wound. Key words: Bums; Skin grafting; Bopcompatible materials ; Wound
