Preparation and Properties of Fine-Grain (1−x)BiScO3−xPbTiO3 Ceramics by Two-Step Sintering

摘要: (1-x)BiScO 3 -xPbTiO (BSPT) nanopowder with an average grain size of 10 nm the composition x = 0.64, which has been reported to be close MPB in bulk BSPT ceramics, was successfully synthesized. Subsequently, techniques preparation high-performance fine-grain MPB-BSPT ceramics by two-step sintering were investigated, providing a feasible approach produce high-density ceramic using pressureless means without any aids at low temperature 800°C. The results have shown that possesses higher piezoelectric constant and electromechanical coupling factor than coarse-grain ceramic. influences on dielectric properties also discussed. Within scale sizes our specimens, increases up 520 pC/N finest 200 nm, indicating promising path for improvement coefficient.
