摘要: Abstract ZnO nanopowder was synthesized using a relatively facile and convenient glycothermal process with various reaction temperatures times. successfully at as low 120 °C zinc acetate the Zn source diethylene glycol solvent. No mineralizers or precipitation processes were used in fabrication, which suggests that spherical nanopowders directly prepared process. The characterized XRD, FE-SEM, TG-DTA, UV–vis, TEM, PL measurements. shape dispersibility of could be controlled by conditions. hexagonal exhibited diameters approximately 10–50 nm. When temperature increased to above 200 °C, powder changed from rod-like. highest intensity UV emission peak centered 383.5 nm upon increasing room spectrum process, suggesting best crystallinity obtained under these
