摘要: A rare case of a right-handed (on the Edinburgh Inventory) woman who developed aphasia at clinical onset right hemisphere glioblastoma (GBM) is reported. She showed Wernicke and left spatial neglect. The integrity was assessed by Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). few aspects hemispheric specialization for language, praxias abilities are briefly discussed.
