摘要: An effective ex situ soil remediation technology was developed in this study to remove polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and heavy metals a mixed contaminated site. Ultrasonication (20 kHz, 45 min) combined with methyl-β-cyclodextrin (75 g/L) S,S-ethylenediaminedisuccinic acid (25 were efficient extracting pollutants from the soil. After two successive washing cycles, removal efficiency of PAHs approximately 84.5% 81.3%, respectively. The high remarkably reduced microtoxicity thus activated biodegradation activity towards PAHs. Inoculation PAHs-degrading bacterial strains nutrients addition further removed 86.8% residual 16 weeks. These results indicated by significant increase number PAH degraders enzyme activity. treatment, levels individual could meet Chinese quality standard for residential use. proposed cleanup strategy proved be environmentally friendly mixed-contaminated
