摘要: Abstract With serious air pollution, heavy use of asthma drugs caused the accumulation in environmental water, which might pose a potential risk on organisms. In this study, ultraviolet photodegradation drug salmeterol (SX) and influencing factors were studied, meanwhile, possible photolysis pathway toxicity trends during process further discussed. The results showed that SX conformed to pseudo-first order kinetic reaction 1O2 dominated with contribution 41.7 %. As temperature, pH value HCO3− concentration increased, rate accelerated. presence NO3− could also promote but Cl2− increase concentration, promotion reduced via OH quenching stronger optical shielding. When Cl− increased 0.1 mM, effect turned inhibition due transformation Cl . Moreover, was inhibited by Fulvic acid (FA) through screening free radical scavenging. Based nine intermediates predicted UPLC-Q-TOF, three pathways proposed. Luminous intensity test photobacterium phoshoreum T3 spp indicated final system irradiation.
