摘要: A quantitative approach was taken to determine the inhibition effects of glucose and other sugar monomers during cellulase β-Glucosidase hydrolysis two types cellulosic material: Avicel acetic acid-pretreated softwood. The increased content in hydrolysate resulted a dramatic increase degrees on both activities. Supplementation mannose, xylose, galactose cellobiose did not show any inhibitory activity. However, these sugars were shown have significant activity cellulose hydrolysis. Our study suggests that high-substrate consistency with supplementation hemicellulose is likely be practical solution minimizing end-product while producing high concentration.
