Promoting National Site Contamination Law: The Challenge of Harmonisation

摘要: Based on the review of international law and national laws relating to site contamination in earlier chapters, this chapter considers need promote specific legislation issue at domestic level. The conclusion is drawn that existing ‘site law’ does not adequately cover all aspects management.
