Visualización y validación del hueso nasal y la translucencia nucal como marcadores ecográficos de aneuploidías

摘要: Resumen Objetivo Valorar la capacidad de visualizacion del hueso nasal y translucencia nucal junto con su validacion utilidad clinica como marcadores cromosomopatia en gestaciones tempranas. Sujetos metodos Se diseno un estudio observacional transversal 434 gestantes, total 466 fetos, exploracion ecografica entre las semanas 11 14 para evaluacion el nasal. Resultados En 60 (12,9%) fetos nos fue imposible concluir presencia o ausencia El presento una sensibilidad 0% especificidad 97,5%, malos cocientes probabilidad positivos negativos. La obtuvo 100% 98,7%, excelentes probabilidad. Conclusiones Debe establecerse metodologia mas precisa aplicacion sistematica marcador trisomia 21. Deberia utilizarse, relacion edad materna, bioquimica aumentar cribado.
