摘要: ABSTRACT A rapid urbanisation rate, coupled with an increasing global population, equates to a surge in energy demand; threatening sustainable transitions from fossil fuel. However, faced the impacts of climate change and geopolitical accords, cities are turning towards Renewable Energy sources meet this demand, but is complex matter Megacities where land availability scarce for construction new, or larger, power plants. As number expected increase near future, need decentralised solutions that technically economically viable both state private sector be sought. This paper dwells into extensive review literature studying generation case Megacities, highlight dimensions required them achieve increased sustainability resilience. model, inspired urban complexity theories, aimed at generating grid networks -based on Diversification, Land Fragmentation Fiscal Mechanisms, proposed new way looking grids geometrical morphological perspective while supporting economic will encourage its implementation policy project level.
