摘要: A new colorimetric and fluorescence probe NRSH based on Nile-red chromophore for the detection of biothiols has been developed, exhibiting high selectivity towards over other interfering species. shows a blue shift in absorption peak upon reacting with biothiols, from 587 nm to 567 nm, which induces an obvious color change pink exhibits 35-fold enhancement at 645 red emission range. displays rapid ( 5 min). The limits are very low (22.05 nM H2S, 34.04 Cys, 107.28 GSH 113.65 Hcy). Furthermore, is cytotoxic can be successfully applied as bioimaging tool real-time monitoring HeLa cells. In addition, mechanism further understood by theoretical calculations.
