摘要: The primary objective of the present study was to assess effects vitamin and mineral premix (VMP) withdrawal from diets 30 60 days ahead slaughter on carcass meat quality Holstein Friesian steers. A total 45 animals at 16 17 months age were used selected divided into three experimental groups: control group (fed with a diet VMP), VMP 30 days (VMP30 group), (VMP60 group).
