摘要: The purpose of this research is twofold: first, to evaluate how occupant behavior in a neutral environment influences the overall greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption multi-family apartment buildings, second: establish which activities associated with housing companies produce most emissions. comprised multiple cases dating from late 1960s located Finnish capital Helsinki. studied represent least efficient third residential building stock, approaching obligatory large scale refurbishments. analysis conducted two phases so called hybrid life-cycle assessment (LCA) technique. Using technique, both economic metric data are analyzed estimate generated by housing. In line previous research, study identifies heating as single significant contributor results also show that carbon load makes up one an individual resident's footprint. Contrary often stated belief, indicates has only limited effect on and, consequently, derived housing, particularly when connected district concerned. However, size seems have two-way impact, smallest largest being efficient.
