摘要: Single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) nonlinear energy sinks (NESs) can efficiently mitigate broadband disturbances applied to primary linear systems by means of passive targeted transfer (TET), but for a rather limited range energies. We demonstrate that the TET be significantly enhanced broad energies introducing additional internal degrees freedom NES in highly asymmetric fashion. Numerical simulations performance is due positive synergistic effect proposed with stiffnesses.
