摘要: Eukaryotic translation initiation is an important step for gene expression. This process stimulated by the interaction of 5' cap and 3' poly (A) tail mediated trans-^c\mg factors. Positive sense viral RNA can differ from cellular mRNA lacking either a cap, or poly(A) both. Therefore, various strategies have evolved viruses to achieve efficient translation. Barley yellow dwarf virus-PAV serotype (BYDVPAV) lacks both tail. I found that sequence (called 3'TE enhancer) at 3'UTR barley genome stimulates uncapped in presence 5'UTR genomic wheat germ extract oat protoplasts. The function be also supported subgenomic RNAl. A four base duplication (GAUC) region abolished stimulatory effect 3'TE. There no difference stability between mRNAs bearing wildtype those defective Capping with without restored its translatability. Moreover, eliminated virus infection.
