摘要: A novel, simple, selective and sensitive solid phase extraction method for determination of total iron in wheat corn samples was described. Fumaric acid (trans-butenedioic acid) used as complexing agent the silica gel extractor. Iron complexed by fumaric adsorbed on silicagel. Adsorbed complex were eluted with 20 mL 1 M HCl elutes analyzed electro thermal atomic absorption spectrometry. Effects parameters such pH, sample volume, type eluent flow rate optimized a Plackett-Burman design. The effect foreign ions preconcentration also studied. Under optimum conditions, enrichment factor 25 obtained. calibration graph linear rage 2 ng L-1 to 100 detection limit 0.5 L-1. relative standard deviation (R.S.D) ten replicate measurements 10 4.8%. Accuracy confirmed analysis certified reference materials.
