摘要: One stress response in cells is the ability to survive an environment containing excessive concentrations of metal ions. This paper reviews current knowledge about cellular and molecular mechanisms involved adaptation various fungal species stress. Most contain a repertoire maintain homeostasis prevent toxicity. Roles played by glutathione, related (gamma-EC)nG peptides, metallothionein-like polypeptides, sulfide ions are discussed. In stress, biosynthesis some these molecules metalloregulated via intracellular sensors. The identify sensors role regulation metallothionein peptides subjects much attention discussed herein.
