摘要: This study explored the role of organizational factors in ability Veterans Health Administration (VHA) clinics to implement colocated mental health care primary settings (PC-MH). The used data from VHA Clinical Practice Organizational Survey collected 2007 225 clinic administrators across United States. Clinic degree implementation PC-MH was dependent variable, whereas independent variables included policies and procedures, context, leaders’ perceptions barriers change. Pearson bivariate correlations multivariable linear regression were test hypotheses. Results show that depression training for providers clinics’ flexibility participation both positively correlated with PC-MH. However, after accounting other factors, regressions only marginally associated (p = 0.051). Given importance this topic implementing integrated as part reform, these null findings underscore need improve theory testing more proximal measures colocation future work.
