摘要: Cyanotoxins are toxic and found in eutrophic, municipal, residential water supplies. For this reason, their occurrence drinking systems has become a global concern. Therefore, monitoring, control, risk assessment, prevention of these contaminants the environmental bodies important subjects associated with public health. Thus, rapid, sensitive, selective, simple, accurate analytical methods for identification determination cyanotoxins required. In paper, sampling methodologies applications solid phase-based sample preparation matrices reviewed. The techniques mainly include phase micro-extraction (SPME), extraction (SPE), adsorption toxin tracking technology (SPATT). addition, advantages disadvantages future prospects have been discussed.
