摘要: The operating parameters of a miniature atmospheric pressure glow discharge torch (APGD-t) are optimized for the production excited atomic oxygen, and effect plasma jet on endothelial cells grown in Petri dishes is studied. We first demonstrate im- portance accounting voltage probe used to measure electrical pa- rameters its ignition operation characteristics. When operated with main gas flow rate 1 SLM He power level ~1 W, shows an optimum oxygen O 2 ~3.5 SCCM injected downstream from plasma-forming region through capillary electrode (i.e., 0.35 v/v % /He). It shown that detached surface under action this does not originate heating fluid shearing effects. postulated cell detachment caused solely by plasma-induced bio- chemical processes taking place at cell-substrate interface.
