摘要: Polarization holographic gratings were formed in liquid crystal (LC) cells fabricated from a mixture of low molecular weight nematic LC and photoreactive crystalline polymer (PLCP) with 4-(4-methoxycinnamoyloxy)biphenyl side groups. The diffraction properties the analyzed using theoretical models which determined based on polarization patterns holography. results demonstrated that vector comprised periodic orientation distributions molecule induced axis-selective photoreaction PLCP. erased by applying sufficiently high voltage to then reformed no hysteresis after was removed. This phenomenon suggested PLCP molecules stabilized photocrosslink reaction aligned photocrosslinked composite photoreactivity is useful for various optical applications, because their stability, transparency, response applied voltage.
