摘要: NdBaMn2O6 exhibits a sequence of two following magnetic transitions: second-order paramagnetic-ferromagnetic transition at TC=290 K, followed by first-order ferromagnetic-antiferromagnetic around TN=210 K, leading to normal and inverse magnetocaloric effects (MCE), respectively. For ΔB=5 T, the combined |−ΔSMmax| TC TN is found be 2.5 J/kg K 1.4 J/kgK, Moreover, presence these −ΔSM peaks spanning over broad range temperature leads remarkably wide working region, yielding significant performance in terms refrigerant efficiency. The present study demonstrates that adjusting degree A-site cation ordering perovskite oxides an efficient strategy induce room-temperature MCE.
