摘要: Abstract In this paper, an analytical propagation expression of Finite Olver Beams passing through a misaligned ABCD optical system is derived using the generalized Huygens-Fresnel diffraction integral and expansion hard aperture function into finite sum complex Gaussian functions. Some numerical results are presented in work for reason to illustrate effect misalignement on distribution characteristics with rectangular aperture.
