摘要: Abstract Two feeding stimulants for the alfalfa weevil, Hypera postica , have been isolated from leaf and identified as adenine adenosine. Adenine salts nucleotides also elicited responses, whereas other purines pyrimidines did not stimulate. hydrochloride was most active form. It maximal response at a concentration one-tenth that of sucrose.
