摘要: Humans are constantly exposed to cadmium (Cd) as a result of the increase in air pollution and cigaret use. Zinc (Zn), which is an essential element for metabolism constituent many enzymes, causes growth retardation deficiency status so at present it often added diet without measuring blood levels this element. We also aimed observe effects both Cd Zn on plasma hormone (GH), insulin-like factor I(IGF-I), factor-binding protein 3 (IGFBP-3) study. For purpose, 27 young Wistar albino male rats were divided into three groups. The first group was given 50 mg/L CdCl2, second received 500 ZnSO4, third group, control, only drinking water 1 mo. At end period, GH, IGF-I, IGFBP-3 animals analyzed obtained. significance between groups evaluated with Mann-Whitney U-test. According our results, IGF-I Cd-administered significantly lower than those controls (p<0.05 p<0.01 respectively). No statistically significant difference observed administered control terms all parameters. These results show that although addition healthy had no effect IGFBP-3, lowered but did not change GH compared controls.
