摘要: Recurrent wheezing is a common problem in young children: approximately 40% of children wheeze their first year life. However, only 30% preschoolers with recurrent still have asthma at the age 6 years. Nevertheless, asthma, most prevalent chronic disease children, difficult to diagnose infants and preschoolers. This article reviews importance determining an early which infants/preschoolers will later life, analyzes pros cons different predictive indices, discusses efficacy Asthma Predictive Index.
