摘要: Nomifensine, an antidepressant used for eight years in Britain, was particularly popular the north west of England. Haemolytic anaemia recognised as a rare side effect, but 1984 cluster six cases referred to North West Regional Transfusion Centre, reflecting incidence 0.006%. These were collected within 18 months and showed variable serological features, indicating that antibodies associated with nomifensine treatment are neither nor one particular type. The accumulation this similar data contributed its withdrawal from British market January, 1986.
