摘要: Abstract In this research, structural, magnetic and microwave absorption properties of multifunctional nano-Fe3O4@carbon fibers (CFs) composites in the frequency range 8.2–18 GHz were investigated. The nano-Fe3O4 particles (30 nm) successfully prepared using co-precipitation method. These then deposited on CFs two conventional modified multi-step electrophoretic deposition (EPD) processes to investigate contributing effects uniformity coating their properties. measurements represented that coercivity (Hc), saturation magnetization (Ms) residual (Mrs) values coated EPD process 531.4 Oe, 15.2 emu/g 5.2 emu/g, respectively, while for with these 167.8 Oe, 33.1 emu/g 1.7 emu/g, respectively. It was found by employing process, maximum reflection loss (RL) −9.87 dB obtained composite containing 20 wt.% nano-Fe3O4@CFs 80 wt.% epoxy-resin thickness 2 mm, due enhancement quality, achieved RL approximately increased −0.64 dB reached −10.51 dB an effective bandwidth about 4 GHz similar sample same weight ratio epoxy 828.
