摘要: Electro-optical sampling (EOS) of ultrabroadband terahertz (THz) radiation with the help ultrashort 530 nm fs-laser pulses is reported. The THz are generated by exciting a surface emitter (InAs) parabolic fiber laser amplifier delivering 100 fs at repetition rate 75 MHz and an average power 10 W 1060 nm. frequency doubled to for gating BaTiO3 used as detector crystal.
