摘要: Abstract Organic–inorganic hybrid films having organic NLO chromophore with large hyperpolarizability were prepared by the sol–gel processing method. Their linear and non-linear optical properties, thermal stabilities, poling efficiency investigated. The macroscopic second-order non-linearity in was established corona method strongly depend on conditions such as temperature, time heating rate. optimized d 33 values resulting exhibited 50–58 pm V −1 from maker-fringe measurement. It found that stabilities of activities greatly enhanced when increased temperature became higher.
