Synthesis of dl-erythro and threo-sphingosine-4,5-3H

摘要: DL-erythro-sphingosine and DL-threo-sphingosine specifically labelled with 3H in positions 4 5 were prepared. The synthesis of these compounds was based on a modification procedure published by Grob Gadient. Quantitative separation the sphingosines from acetylenic impurities accomplished, physical constants pure DL-erythro threo determined. D-erythro sphingosine prepared resolving DL racemate it found identical to naturally occurring product.
