摘要: The 2008 System of National Accounts recognizes capital services as the conceptually correct way to measure input into production. This allows setting up an integrated system industry-level and aggregate productivity accounts that are consistent with SNA. paper discusses new aspects in SNA sets out such system, based on Jorgenson's production possibility frontier gross output-based industry measures.
