摘要: Seasonal circulation of the Bohai Sea (BS) in 1992 was investigated using Lagrangian particle tracking method. The hydrography BS simulated based on an unstructured grid, finite-volume, three-dimensional primitive equation ocean model. With use triangular model can easily fit irregular coastal boundary BS. tides, tidal current, and thermohaline field agreed well with observations. transport particles has structure Compared central Strait, differences particles’ transportation between surface bottom layer three bays are small. summer is stronger than that winter, average residual velocity being about 3.7 cm/s during while only 1.8 winter. Using same model, several well-designed numerical experiments were performed to investigate effect oceanic tide, river discharge, wind stress, thermal stratification circulation. It shown winds play important role both winter summer. Density summer; however, it negligible River runoff affects area around mouth. effect, contribution tides small summer, under M2 constituent could not reflect actual
