摘要: An example method for network-assisted configuration and programming of gateways in a network environment is provided includes registering non-Virtual eXtensible Local Area Network (VXLAN) device with central controller, example, by generating registration information associating the non-VXLAN virtual local area (VLAN) environment, receiving communication request from VXLAN enabled to communicate device, mapping, based on information, segment corresponding VLAN associated configuring gateway mapping through suitable application interface exposed at gateway.
