摘要: A ring-free zero-voltage switching technique for use in a power converter having circuit to achieve high-performance and high-density transformer produce an oscillatory L-C at the primary side thereof during of converter, comprises step short-circuiting current inductance means upon occurrence ringing, suppress voltage capacitor so as eliminate parasitic ringing produced by circuit, effectively reduce loss lower reverse rating requirement secondary rectification component, greatly increase working frequency density, EMI noises, minimize size heat sink required dissipating energy from MOSFETS, let converters meet requirements international regulations be applicable designs mini electronic products.
