Method of high speed cutting mold and ultra-high speed milling machine

摘要: There is provided a method of three-dimensionally cutting mold including the steps, in sequence, (a) rotating single ball end mill at rate range 50,000 rpm to 200,000 rpm, being made material having high thermal resistance, (b) driving horizontal, reciprocating movement 10 m/min 100 m/min, and transverse predetermined depth cut direction perpendicular which reciprocated, opposite ends workpiece surface thereof common cut, (c) vertically feeding cut. This makes it possible significantly increase rotation speed tool thereby remarkably reduce time necessary for mold.
