摘要: The characterization of exoplanets and their birth protoplanetary disks have enormously advanced in the last decade. Benefited from that, our global understanding planet formation has been substantially improved. In this review, we first summarize frontier states exoplanet disk observations. We further present a comprehensive panoptic view modern core accretion scenarios, including dust growth radial drift, planetesimal by streaming instability, accretion, pebble accretion. discuss key concepts physical processes each stage elaborate on connections between theoretical studies observational revelations. Finally, point out critical questions future directions studies.
