摘要: Histidine has been found to be efficacious in preventing ischemic/reperfusion induced myocardial injury both functionally and ultrastructurally. Isolated perfused rat hearts (n=8/group) were subjected 30 minutes of global ischemia 20 reperfusion. concentrations ranging from 10 50 mM given throughout the experiment. During reperfusion without histidine contractile function coronary flow 59±10% 78±6% control, respectively. Perfusion with (25 above) resulted significant increases contractility (94±4%) (92±4) levels. The incidence arrhythmias (ventricular tachycardia ventricular fibrillation) during was 100 percent (8/8) ischemic/reperfused group an average duration 13.23±4.48 min. addition 25 perfusion medium reduced significantly (mean±SEM 2.25±0.98 min) (P<0.01). protective effects mM) better than SOD/catalase/mannitol. also reduce infarct size occurrence vivo.
