摘要: Background The general medical impacts of coronavirus (COVID-19) are increasingly appreciated. However, its impact on neurocognitive, psychiatric health and quality life (QoL) in survivors after the acute phase is poorly understood. We aimed to evaluate neurocognitive function, symptoms, QoL COVID-19 shortly hospital discharge. Methods This was a cross-sectional analysis prospective study hospitalised followed-up for 2 months A battery standardised instruments evaluating morbidity, (mental physical components) administered by telephone. Results Of 229 screened patients, 179 were included final analysis. Among survivors, prevalence moderately impaired immediate verbal memory learning 38%, delayed (11.8%), fluency (34.6%), working (executive function) (6.1%), respectively. Moreover, 58.7% patients had impairment at least one function. Rates positive screening anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder 29.6%, 26.8%, 25.1%, In addition, 39.1% morbidity. Low mental components detected 44.1% Delirium morbidity associated with female gender related Conclusion Hospitalised showed considerable impairment, poor short-term. It uncertain if these persist over long-term.
