摘要: A theoretical calculation of the total nonaqueous exchangeable hydrogen in protein, carbohydrates, and fat man has been made. It shows that body 5.22% is located biochemical components, soluble water, containing with isotope. This value represents a maximum upward distortion water measurements by isotope dilution, due to possible exchangeability these molecular conformations. From comparative reported literature it clear this not achieved during short period time which tritium-dilution studies are performed. authors' belief hard-to-exchange amide hydrogens described Blout protein conformations account for failure achieve complete exchange allowed.
