摘要: This paper is concerned with the trajectories of regeneration policy discourse and practice in a devolved UK context. Over recent years asymmetrical nature governance has intensified, exemplified by political containment Scotland reconfiguration sub-national institutional architecture England. Against backdrop transfusion Holyrood’s devolution agenda Westminster’s localism programme, an empirical analysis contemporary English Scottish provided. We investigate extent to which perceived divergences government resonate those at sharp end practice, informed concepts derived from convergence/divergence literature.
