摘要: The purpose of the present study was to radiographically assess efficacy various retrofilling materials and use CO2 laser in apical surgery. mandibular premolars six beagle dogs were infected, resulting periapical lesions. Apical surgery performed without root canal treatment. Amalgam with cavity varnish, glass ionomer cement a lightcured composite resin used. In half material used on surface bone, for occlusion dentinal tubuli sterilization. healing following observed months. highest success rate (89%) found roots retrofilled amalgam lowest (60%) those resin. difference between these groups statistically significant. 69%, not significantly different from both other groups. Under conditions this study, during did affect treatment results.
